Questions
Frequently asked questions
How long does an inspection take?
Inspections generally take two to three hours, depending on size, age and access.
When will I get the report?
Your report is delivered online, usually the same or next day, with photos for every finding.
Do I need to be there?
You are welcome to join for the last half hour, when we walk through the main findings together. It is not required; the report stands on its own.
What does the inspection cover?
A visual, non-invasive inspection of the home’s major systems and components: roof, exterior, structure, electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, insulation and ventilation, and interior. We do not open walls, move furniture or stored items, or test for hazardous materials unless an add-on service covers it.
Is a pre-listing inspection worth it?
For most sellers, yes. You learn about the home’s condition on your own schedule, and can decide what to repair or disclose before you list.
How do I book?
Book online at any time, or call or email and we will find a time that works for you and your agent.
Still have a question?
